Yamaha R15

Yamaha is launching the R15 in June, this bike is very promising, it has technology, that is seen in liter class bikes.

This is a fantastic bike, with more emphasis on performance then mileage. it has monocross suspension, FI, front and rear discs, full fairing, digital speedo(duh!!), twin headlights and forged pistons(something which is used in high performance engines, helps in better revving and lesser vibrations) It is expected to have 20bhp. I know 20bhp is not much but this bike weighs quite less, top whack should be 140+ and 100 should be attained in sub 10 secs. Cost is expected to be around 90 grands, which is quite bang for the buck. The bike is expected to be in the showrooms by 3rd week of May. Bookings have already started it seems. If only it had split seats and a better rear it would be close to perfect, dont you think?
