BMW 3 Series

One of the very few negatives of the BMW 3 series is its harsh ride quality, hence BMW has softened the suspension in the 2008 3 series. Some BMW dealers are unofficially replacing the old suspension with the new softer suspension found in the newer 3 series like the highline.

So if you have a 3 series model then go to your nearest dealer and get the suspension replaced. However i think the harsh ride is due to the run flat tires and ultra low profile tires. BMW should stop giving run flats, as they are expensive to replace, make the ride harsh and cant be repaired by any tire dealer
